Security:

All our credit card transactions are secure. Secure servers are required when processing credit card transactions on the web and our payment system uses PayPal, where all your credit card details are encrypted. The details are not stored or processed on our server (this is because they are processed by PayPal, which operates just like any other credit card system). So your details are not processed on the web! The encryption takes place in your computer, & the information isn't decrypted until it is safely at PayPal.

 Privacy Policy:

Your privacy is important to us so be assured we will not share your information with any third party companies and will only email you with latest news if you purchase from us.  If you would not like to added to our database, please let us know and will remove you immediately. Rock the Kitschbar is a sole trading company owned by Lucy O'Brien. All payments are processed through Paypal.

Pricing:

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time where necessary. All our prices are in UK GBP Sterling only. To find out the equivalent price in other currency, please enter the amount into a currency converter.  A good one to use is http://www.xe.com/.

When paying in another currency other than GBP Sterling, Paypal will automatically calculate the currency equivalent for you at that day's exchange rate before the final transaction page for the completed sale.

Postage prices are for UK destination's only.  If you live outside of, or wish for your order to be shipped to a destination outside of the UK, please see our 'Payments & Delivery' page for added pricing. You will need to add the extra cost of the outside UK postage to your cart on the 'International Delivery' page.  All international shipments are sent by the most secure, trackable method so you can follow their progress.

Any orders paid for and not added the International Postage will be contacted and your order will be on hold until we receive the balance of payment due.

Delivery:

If any items are returned back to us by Royal Mail due to 'incorrect address' notification, or because the package had not been collected from the local post office depot after an expired period of time, we offer the following;

* We can send out the package again, but require a second postage to be sent to us through paypal which we will invoice to you for.

* We will not return a package more than twice, so if a package is returned to us a second time, it will be put back to stock.
