Payment:

 Payment is processed online by Paypal using their secure servers for all transactions. You can use PayPal even if you don't have an account with them as they will accept all major credit and debit cards. If you would like to sign up for an account for future use, simply sign up here at http://www.paypal.co.uk/

No personal details are transferred from our shop to PayPal, so your financial data is kept secure.

You will receive confirmation of your purchase via email and another confirmation email from us when your order has been despatched.

Delivery Method:

All of our orders, including overseas, are sent either Royal Mail recorded delivery or International airsure and all are trackable and will require a signature on delivery.  To track your item once shipped, you can do so at http://www.royalmail.co.uk/ 

You will be emailed the tracking reference of your order as soon as it has been despatched so you can track the progress.

Most orders will despatched within 7 days, but please allow 10 days for some items that may be currently out of immediate stock. You will be advised of delivery time for your order via email after receipt of payment.

 Delivery Charges:

Each item has the delivery charge added specifically according to size and weight in order to keep it fair. All charges stated are for UK addresses only, so if you are outside of the UK, please see our Europe/Worldwide section below. We don't we believe it charging a flat rate like some, we charge fairly per item and have reduced costs for multiple purchases.

Delivery Charges for Europe & Worldwide:

All stated postage charges are for UK addresses only. For airsure international recorded prices are;

Europe - £3.50 added to stated uk price

Worldwide - £4.50 added to stated uk price

Please note: All items accept the Grass Umbrella's, which are sent via Parcelforce for UK and Parcelforce Worldwide so it will an extra £4.99 to UK price due to size, weight and charges.

Refunds & Returns Policy:

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order so in the unlikely event that you should be unhappy with your purchase for any reason, then please return it to us within 7 days of receipt, along with a copy of the invoice/receipt, in it's original unused condition and packaging. A full refund of the purchase price will then be issued on receipt.

We reserve the right to return an item to a customer if we feel unsatisfied with the return condition of the item, unless a manufacturing fault.
